After supporting the ACT Container Deposit Scheme since our commencement in 2018, Salvos Tuggeranong Square has made the difficult decision to cease operating as an ACT Container Deposit Scheme return point as of 20 December 2024 to focus on their core business.
Our network operator is currently working to find a suitable alternative return point location in the area as soon as possible.
Anyone wanting to return eligible drink containers in the area can do so by visiting the nearest alternative return point located at:
- Recycling Drop Off Centre Tuggeranong: 223 Scollay Street, Greenway 2900.
- Vinnies Tuggeranong: Pitman Street, Greenway 2900.
